When should I remove the Polaring disc if I applied it a week later? What are the consequences of delaying the puck?

Good morning, A week ago I should have applied the Polaring disc. Unfortunately, I will only do it today with a one-week delay. How long does it take for me to remove the disc? In two weeks, so with this date when I would leave it when applying with the correct date? Should we count a new three weeks from today? Will it give any complications associated with a one-week delay?

Despite the application with a one-week delay, the Polaring disc should be removed after 3 weeks of proper use of the instrument. A weekly delay in the application of the disc reduces its contraceptive effectiveness. It can also cause irregular spotting and bleeding. I encourage you to use an additional method of contraception until the end of the current cycle: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/96196/polaring-przyrzad/apteki More about how to use contraception correctly, we wrote in the article: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-prawidlowo-stosowac-antykoncepcje
