If I haven't eaten all day, can the effect of the contraceptive pill be reduced?

I take Atywia Daily tablets at 7 am, I washed down with a cup of water. I didn't eat anything all day. I ate my first meal at 4 p.m. for lack of time. This situation does not happen to me often. Will the lack of food affect the effectiveness of birth control pills?

The lack of a meal during the day does not affect the absorption of the drug and does not reduce the effectiveness of the contraceptive pill that you took in the morning. Protection is preserved.
