What to do if I forget to apply the vaginal disc?
Good morning I opened the Ada ring yesterday and forgot to apply it after bathing (new as the first day after menstruation) I saw in the morning .. Did its action decrease that it lay open about 12 hours?or put on a new one? Will contraception work normally if it shifts one day?
