Is bleeding at 3 weeks Kontracept after skipping the interval between packs normal?

Good morning, is bleeding in the middle of the third pack of Kontracept tablets normal? I will add that I did not take a 7-day break for a bowl, because I had a colonoscopy at that time. During the 8 tablets of 3 packs I got bleeding that clots like a standard period, is this normal?
