At what times should Nootropil be used? Can I use Nootropil, Clatra, Dulsevia together?

Good morning If I have to work after 12 hours in shifts, what night hours to take Nootropil to be effective at work and not fall asleep? Can I take Clatre and Dulsevie in the evening or do some space between these drugs if I have to take medication from a neurologist and an allergist?

The use of drugs Nootropil, Clatra and Dulsevia should be strictly determined by the attending physician. The doctor should determine the dosage of the preparations, as well as the intervals between them. It is usually recommended to use the drug Nootropil in 2-3 divided doses. After about 3 days of regular use, the active substance of the preparation reaches a stationary concentration in the blood, which is not subject to greater fluctuations depending on the intake of the drug. When starting the use of the preparation, the highest concentration in the blood occurs after about 1 h after taking the tablet. This means that in the long run it does not matter much at what specific times the medicine will be used: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/54392/nootropil-tabletki-powlekane/ulotka/95711 However, the combined use of Clatra and Dulsevia is not recommended unless they were prescribed by one doctor or the doctor knew about their use: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/89259/dulsevia-kapsulki/ulotka/212941 https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/18223/clatra-20-mg-tabletki/ulotka/192036 The combined use of preparations increases the risk of side effects, such as drowsiness, difficulty concentrating. If the doctor has not been informed about the other medicines used, I encourage you to consult your doctor again.
