Why can I not cure pinworm for a month?
Hello, I have been struggling with pinworm for a month. During this time I took 3 times pyrantelum owix and 5 times zentel... In the meantime, I wash and disinfect the apartment every day. I also ozonowalam apartment. I drink wormwood and take the pasoleq supplement but nothing helps. after any drug does not feel improvement.. Are there any stronger drugs? I will add that I live alone and do not eat sweets and drink cabbage juice every day

It is very unlikely that drugs such as Zentel or Pyrantelum will prove ineffective in treating pinworm. I would recommend repeating the stool test in a proven laboratory and going to the doctor. You did not describe what symptoms were observed, but perhaps they indicate other diseases?

In my case, the treatment has been going on for about 40 years. To no avail.Medications, hygiene help for some time. Sometime after 15 years, pinworms appeared from who knows why. I was alone.No household members. Once, at the doctor's request, I didn't eat sweets for a year and I was clean. Then I ate a scoop of yogurt ice cream, not even sweet, and in a few hours the parasite appeared. Usually there is one sle, it lays up to 12 thousand eggs, so no joy. Now I took zentel because after a small piece of cheesecake something appeared again and it will be enough for a while, probably until I eat something sweet. Sacrifice worth nothing. I can go without sweets for years, and then a little something and fight again. The doctor says that I have these balls stuck somewhere in my intestines in a secret form and they wake up from time to time and it is impossible to kill them, which is indicated by many years of treatment and diet. So it is not true that drugs are effective. Maybe for some they are, but everyone is different. I gave up. I take zentel so that they don't multiply more and to have peace for some time
Maybe this answer will help someone, although I would like to point out that I have no medical education.
Medicines, herbs and all the recommended products didn't help me either. I took handfuls. I spent a fortune on it, and the doctors were unable to help. I struggled for months. Hygiene 100% In my opinion, pinworm and the diet I adopted caused diarrhea (watery stool) and sterilization of the intestines - ideal conditions for the existence of this damn thing. It went away without any medication only when, out of helplessness and weakness, I simply stopped the diet, started eating normally - what I wanted, including sweet products (cakes, etc.). This allowed me to eliminate the diarrhea and physically expel this crap.
Was it possible to cure ? I have the same problem.. Medication doesn't help.
