Won't taking Tadafil 5mg every day help cure the problem?

I have erection problems currently taking tadafil 5mg but the effect once is once there is none. The doctor told me to switch to 20mg before intercourse. Won't taking tadafil 5mg every day help you recover from this problem? Because in fact the drug will be in the body all the time and it can help more than 2 times a week.

According to the Summary of Product Characteristics, it is not recommended to take Tadalafil on a daily basis. Tadalafil does not work in the absence of sexual stimulation, so it will not cure the problem. It works only symptomatically.
