I took the Atywia Daily contraceptive pill at 7, drank water and ate a sandwich from a plate that I noticed after eating that was moist (a few drops of water that I had not noticed before). If there were remnants of dishwashing liquid, will it weaken the effect of the tablets? Should I take an extra tablet from the spare pack after some time after this situation?

The oil has no effect on the effectiveness of contraceptive pills. In the same way, trace amounts of dishwashing substances should not pose a danger. Exaggerated fear about the effectiveness of contraception is a problem with which it is worth going to a psychologist.
I found the remains of oil on another bowl, apparently the dishes in the dishwasher were not closed. Could the oil affect the effectiveness of birth control pills? Can dishwasher dishwashing substances weaken the effects of the tablets? I'm very stressed about whether it can have an impact. Please reply.

I don't think that the consumption of trace amounts of vascular fluid can affect the effectiveness of birth control pills. You can be calm. More about what can actually weaken the effectiveness of contraception: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jakie-leki-oslabiaja-skutecznosc-antykoncepcji
