Can I consume herbal teas using Systen Sequi, Metformax, vitamins A, D, K2, Osteogenon and Silimarol?

Good morning, I take htz (sequi system),metformax 500,Wit A,D,K2,Osteogenon,silimarol. Can I use the Gift of Nature herbal and fruit tea for diabetes and excess cholesterol. Maybe it's a strange question but I read that e.g. St. John's wort is excluded.

Consuming St. John's wort is often inadvisable in chronically ill people due to the fact that it interacts with numerous drugs. You can consume the teas placed by you in the inquiry - I do not see in their composition ingredients that would be contraindicated in your diseases or medications.
