After the last Hastina 24+4 tablet, can I start the Hastina 21 pack right away?

Good morning, So far I have used Hastine 24 + 4 has changed the doctor who has guided me so far and this new doctor issued me a prescription for Hastine 21tabl.yesterday I finished the package of Hastina 24 + 4 or I can without any break start taking this Hastine 21 for the first time I have such a situation and I just do not know how to approach it. I will be grateful for the information.

After the last white tablet of Hastina 24+4, you should immediately start a pack of Hastina 21 tablets - after the 21st tablet, take a 7-day break for withdrawal bleeding, and then start the next pack. Then the protection will be maintained and there is no need to use an additional form of contraception in the form of a condom.
