What should I do if I miss the last active tablet?

Hello. I take Naraya Plus birth control pills. Yesterday I forgot to take the last active tablet before the placebo tablets. Does this lower contraception quite high and what should I do in such a situation?

Treat yesterday as the first day of using placebo tablets, so discard 1 of the 4 placebo tablets and take the remaining placebo tablets for the next 3 days. Then you need to start using active tablets from a new blister. By proceeding in this way, the protection against pregnancy remains unchanged.
