Hello, I have been using PolaRing for a month. On Monday at 11 p.m. I should have put on a new album, but I forgot about it completely and put it on Tuesday at 2 p.m. On Monday, I had unprotected sex. In such a situation, should I reach for the tablet the day after? Thanks in advance for your reply.

If the 7-day break in the use of the contraceptive disc is extended, as in the case described, mechanical methods of contraception, such as a condom, should be used for the next 7 days. If unprotected intercourse has occurred during a break in the use of the disc, there is a risk of becoming pregnant. If you want to reduce the chance of getting pregnant, you should consider the use of the so-called after tablet in consultation with your doctor.
