According to the manufacturer's recommendation - a child weighing 16.5 kg should take 3.6 ml of Pyrantelum. If you have a syringe with such a graduation, you can give about 4 ml of suspension - if there is no such possibility - giving a dose of 5 ml will also not be a mistake.
