Does brushing your teeth weaken the effects of contraception?

Good morning I use Vibin contraceptive pills, I take them in the evening, usually after 30 minutes after taking it I brush my teeth and go to bed, can brushing my teeth in such a short time after taking the pill reduce the effectiveness of contraception? I spit water on my mouth but surely something in my mouth stays and I swallow it with saliva Will contraception be preserved? Please reply Thank you

Brushing your teeth does not affect the effectiveness of swallowed hormonal contraception. Contraception is preserved. We wrote about substances that may affect the effectiveness of hormonal contraception in the article: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jakie-leki-oslabiaja-skutecznosc-antykoncepcji

To @Olaa:

Such products have a topical effect and do not affect the effectiveness of contraception.

And the various types of teeth whitening treatments that are now on the market affect the IUD? Or a contraceptive ring?
