Should I use an additional method of contraception when switching from Slinda to Naraya Plus?

I changed the tablets from Slinda 24/4 to Naraya Plus 24/4po 4 tablet placebo from Brinda I took an active tablet from Naraya Plus or the protection is zapeniona immediately? Is additional security necessary? Please reply
