Is it possible to take milk thistle and detox when using Limetic contraceptive pills?

Hi, I have a question because the opinions are very divided and I would like to get your professional opinion. I have been taking limetic tablets for several years. I suffer from fatty liver and would like to take milk thistle and do a detox. Will this somehow interfere with contraception?
