Should I take a "shield" for water retention when using birth control pills?

I take Sidretella contraceptive pills and my body began to retain water, so I would like to start taking some preparations that help with water retention. Just a question of what and if I could take them at all? I mean that they do not reduce the effectiveness of sidretella tablets because I use them as the main protection. The gynecologist to whom I go says is of the opinion that water retention is not a problem. Could someone in the pharmacy choose any for me?

The so-called contraceptive covers or preparations for water retention are products containing plant extracts and it cannot be excluded that they will not interact with contraceptive pills. There are reports that women using hormonal contraception and the so-called "sheath" at the same time experience mid-cycle bleeding, which may indicate a reduced effect of the drug. In addition, these supplements contain insignificant amounts of individual herbal extracts, which in such doses are unlikely to work effectively. Modern and well-chosen contraceptive pills very rarely give side effects, so there is no need to take protective preparations on the other.
