Does eating an eggshell reduce the effectiveness of Atyvia?
I ate a donut and there was a piece of eggshell in it that I ate. Is it possible? I take the Atywia Daily birth control pills at 7 am. This situation occurred at 10, that is, 3 hours after taking the contraceptive pill. Will eating a piece of eggshell affect the effectiveness of birth control pills? Do I have cause for concern?

I take the Atywia Daily tablet at 7. This situation occurred at 10, that is, 3 hours after taking the tablet. I washed down the contraceptive pill in the morning with a cup of water, ate a slice of bread and drank a cup of water again. Could it have fallen out of my birth control pill and I could have confused it with egg shale? What should I do? Take an extra pill?

No, eating a piece of eggshell will in no way negatively affect the effectiveness of contraception and will not reduce protection against pregnancy - there is no reason to worry.
