What should I do if I use the Adaring disc a week too long?
I should have taken the ring out a week ago on Sundays and I was convinced that today! Dziaiaj I should start a new one! Damn no! Set up a new one right away or take a week off? I will be able to put it on dopoero on Tuesday, because I'm in the mountains 😓😓😓for the first time I made a mistake I looked 😳😳😳at the calendar wrong! My body will not go crazy? There will be no question of sex in this case, when the new ring will start to protect me again after such a mistake how do I change the day of application to Tuesday from Sunday?

Adaring used for up to 4 weeks retains contraceptive effectiveness, but its use for more than 3 weeks is allowed only in exceptional situations, e.g. in the case of unintentional forgetfulness of the exchange. Now you can take a one-week break in its use, and then set up a new vaginal therapeutic system (that is, on the following Sunday). If Adaring has been used for more than 4 weeks, contraceptive effectiveness may be reduced, and you should make sure you are not pregnant before setting up a new vaginal therapeutic system.
