Weight gain and swelling may occur as a side effect in 1 in 10 patients taking Elin, and 1 in 100 may experience weight fluctuations and appetite disorders. Statistically, it is therefore possible that you were among the patients affected by these side effects. The effect of "water retention" alone is unlikely to cause "terrible weight gain", so it is possible that the amount of body fat has also increased. If you associate weight gain with the use of Elin tablets, and your lifestyle has not changed and is generally healthy (a rational diet supported by physical activity), then it may be worth talking about it with a gynecologist. In some cases, changing the preparation may be helpful.
