You do not mention whether the transplanted organ is functioning properly. Such an assessment is made by the doctor on the basis of the results of the tests. Due to limited safety data from tadalafil in patients with hepatic impairment, it is recommended that the maximum dose before sexual activity should be 10 mg. In the case described, you should consult your doctor about the desire to use the drug. Taking the drugs listed in the question does not constitute a contraindication to taking tadalafil.
