Hello, I have been using the drug mysimba for 3 months. I lost 10kg although for 3 days I have been gently bleeding from the genital tract. The period should start in 8 days. Could it be a side effect after such a long use?

Irregular menstrual and genital bleeding are listed as uncommon side effects. However, they can appear, especially with such large changes in the body (10 kg less body weight). Both in the case of excess kilograms and with their loss, menstrual disorders and irregular spotting may appear. If there are other ailments or those that you observe are particularly disturbing, they do not go away - it is worth consulting them with a gynecologist.
