No, Pitamet is not the equivalent of Atorvasterol. Pitamet contains pitavastatin, while Atorvasterol contains atorvastatin. Both drugs belong to the same therapeutic group called statins and are used to lower blood lipid levels. However, due to the different active compounds and different dosages, these are not substitutes.
