Hello. Recently I started another pack of sylvie 20 tablets - (break: I took the last tablet on Thursday a week ago and a new one yesterday (Friday) at 3 p.m. the first tablet from the blister. First question - Was the break correct? Today (Saturday) I took another tablet at 15.56. What is the risk that I may be pregnant? I will add that yesterday we did it once and today 2 times before taking the tablet. Can a delay in the first week of the blister reduce the effectiveness and I have something to fear?

If you took your last tablet of Sylvie 20 on Friday, you should take 7 full days off and take the first pill from your new blister in a week on Friday. Your scheme of conduct was therefore correct. An hour's delay in taking the Sylvie 20 contraceptive pill does not affect the effectiveness of the drug. Therefore, intercourse does not carry the risk of pregnancy, you can be calm.
