Hi I was prescribed a sore stomach down antibiotic cipronex with suspected inflammation of the urinary tract but I am very afraid to take it I do not know if it will do me more harm than good so I wanted to ask if this antibiotic is safe and what casing would suit me? (the lady in the pharmacy did not recommend anything for a casing)

I read this answer how dangerous cipronex is, I am terrified. For me, the greatest event of the 20th century was the discovery of penicillin, an antibiotic. Meanwhile, we are in the 21st century and instead of trusting academic medicine, drugs that must undergo many tests and trials before they are released on the market, we prefer to listen to anti-vaccinations and conspiracy theories. Then we have epidemics of diseases that were eradicated half a century ago, but people have already had their brains chaffed by "enlightened" youtube doctors who have lost their licenses.
People are given antibiotics and wonder if they should take it at all. Massacre, what kind of world do I live in?
I had 3 days of fever, chills, micturition problems, flu season, health centers overloaded, visit to the doctor +3 days. I had to use an internist privately because I wouldn't be able to stand it. He immediately tested my CRP, almost 200, prescribed me Cipronex 500mg, if it wasn't for this antibiotic or waiting those 3 days to the health center, I would have ended up in the ER with a kidney infection. Stop airing these conspiracies in every ampoule and tablet, if you are bothered by antibiotics because they are harmful, because they damage the bottom, blah blah, then go to the meadow for herbs or your overrated supplements, maybe they will help you instead of cipronex.
Cipronex is absolutely not a safe drug. It can cause permanent damage to mitochondrial DNA, according to URPL recommendations it should only be used in cases of severe bacterial infections when other antibiotics are not indicated or will not be effective. Fluoroquinolones should not be used empirically and in cases where the bacterial infection may resolve on its own or treatment may be carried out with other antibiotics.
Thank you very much for your answer helped me a lot and reassured me... I wish you a lot of 🙂 health

Drugs available for pharmacy sale are checked for safety. Any drug - including Cipronex - may or may not cause side effects. The manufacturer of the drug is obliged to inform the patient about all possible side effects that may be related to the use of his preparation, but this does not mean that everyone will see all of them. You can find a list of them in the leaflet: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/17917/cipronex-tabletki-powlekane/ulotka/131353 The information attached to the medicine contains important guidelines that should be analysed before using it. Such a benefit-risk assessment should be made by a doctor familiar with your medical history. Please do not worry in advance about the effects you write about, but focus on the correct implementation of therapy, which is the key to avoiding them. Fear of possible side effects can hinder the treatment process and it is this that can have a greater impact on the occurrence of side effects than the drug itself. Stress before reaching for the drug can lead to abandonment of therapy, which in consequences can be much worse for health than possible side effects that may or may not occur. The warnings contained in the leaflet must not be underestimated, but common sense should be maintained. If your doctor has prescribed a medication, it means that he thinks taking it is more beneficial for you than not being treated. The drug may or may not cause side effects, while if left untreated, the disease can worsen, cause adverse changes in the body or cause complications. While you are taking Cipronex, you can take any probiotic you want. Examples can be found here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/kategorie/probiotyki Please take it 2 hours after the antibiotic.
