While using the drug Pylera, I had pustules on my palate, what can it be and how to relieve it?
Today the last day I am taking a pylera drug, on the palate and I feel pustules, like sand when swallowing, what can it be and how to alleviate it?thank you for your help

This is not a typical side effect of Pylera. The observed side effect should be reported to the doctor. Until the visit, you can use mouthwashes, e.g. with sage or chlorhexidine. More here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/kategorie/plyny-do-plukania-jamy-ustnej
