The tablets should be used according to the scheme included in the package. If you want to skip the 7-day break, please do it as rarely as possible and preferably not at all - even with such use of the drug, spotting may occur, which I think you want to avoid. To sum up - in exceptional situations, you can skip the 7-day break in the use of the drug.
