And can I take pumpkin seed extract and artichoke extract and green tea extract in tablets if I have a contraceptive implant ?will it affect daily such vitamins if I take it on the effectiveness of protection against pregnancy ?

To @Agata:

Vitamins available in dietary supplements usually do not affect the effectiveness of the contraceptive ring. Substances that reduce its effect are mainly drugs that accelerate liver metabolism, e.g. some antibiotics or preparations with St. John's wort.

CY is influenced by purchased vitamins in tablets 100% in the sense that they affect the effectiveness?
