During the course of a viral infection, including SARS, the use of additional medications should be consulted with a doctor, as interactions with other therapies may occur. In particular, Oryngal (itraconazole) can affect the metabolism of some antiviral drugs and affect liver function, which can be risky in the case of severe systemic disease.

Occasional consumption of small amounts of alcohol on days when you are not taking Orungal is not contraindicated. There is no direct reaction between this drug and alcohol, but it should be remembered that both substances metabolize in the liver, so they will overload it.
