Concomitant administration of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medicines (NSAIDs), e.g. acetylsalicylic acid, the active substance in Aspirin, and quinolones, including ciprofloxacin, the active substance in Cipronex, may increase the risk of nervous system stimulation and seizures. Therefore, caution should be exercised in patients receiving Cipronex when administering any anti-inflammatory drugs concomitantly. The need to use NSAIDs and their choice should be agreed with the doctor.
