The concomitant use of beta-blockers (e.g. bisoprolol - the active substance in Bisocard) and opipramol (e.g. Pramolan) may lead to a change in their plasma concentration, which is associated with a risk of side effects. Concomitant treatment with serotonin reuptake inhibitors, such as Mirtor and opprimol, may lead to these medicines affecting the serotonergic system in the brain. Patients taking this combination of drugs may develop serotonin syndrome consisting of too much increase in the concentration of serotonin in the brain. Some of its symptoms are fever, sweating, increased heart rate, diarrhea, (uncontrollable) muscle spasms, chills, increased reflexes, anxiety, mood swings, loss of consciousness. As you can see, between the indicated drugs there are mutual adverse effects that may (but do not have to) lead to an increase in the risk of side effects, hence these drugs can be used together, but with extreme caution and according to the strict recommendations of the doctor: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/czy-przyjmowanie-kilku-lekow-jednoczesnie-jest-bezpieczne If the drugs have been prescribed by different doctors, it is necessary to consult them to determine whether these drugs can be simultaneously applied. If so, your doctor may make other recommendations on how to use them. In the event that the drugs have been prescribed by one doctor, please follow the dosage regimen.
