When to remove the disc?
Hello, I should put the contraceptive disc on Monday around 9 p.m., and I put it on Tuesday around 3 p.m. I should apply additional security for 7 days.. but when I take out the disc, after 3 weeks on Tuesday can I take it out on Monday? I use discs for 1.5 years and for the first time I forgot to put on time.
