Hello. The husband has been taking ramipril for 3 years, now the doctor has changed this drug to caramlo, we wonder why.

Caramlo is a two-component preparation, it would be worth asking the attending physician about the reason for the change in treatment - perhaps after ramipril adequate results were not obtained in the treatment of hypertension.
