There are some interactions between the drugs mentioned in the question. Due to their nature and degree of severity, however, they are generally not a contraindication to the simultaneous use of these drugs. However, they can only be used if they have been prescribed by the same doctor or if the doctors prescribing these preparations have been informed about what other medicines the patient is already taking. Klacid causes a significant increase in the concentration of Primacor in the blood, and thus the risk of side effects. Concomitant use of these drugs should be avoided. Between their use, please keep a break of several hours, a minimum of 3-4 hours. I attach a description of the preparations: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/40214/klacid-tabletki-powlekane/ulotka/70565 https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/63985/primacor-tabletki-powlekane/ulotka/68545 I also encourage you to read the article: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/czy-przyjmowanie-kilku-lekow-jednoczesnie-jest-bezpieczne

User questions and answers that provide feedback about products are not verified for the purchase or use of the product. Companies often order anonymous comments to form positive opinions about their products, or negative ones about competitors. Therefore, be guided by the information in the pharmacists' responses in the first place.
