Can I increase my dose of Trajenta if I have too much sugar?

Good morning I am treated with Trajenta 5mg. In addition to this, it takes formetic. I would like to know if instead of 1 tabl I can take 2? Sugar jumped me a lot and I have no way to beat it. Jardiance I took in a larger dose. Please reply to the e-mail

O zmianie sposobu dawkowania powinien zdecydować lekarz. Ponieważ lek Trajenta nie jest zmiennikiem Jardiance - nie należy odnosić sposobu dawkowania Trajenta do tego, w jaki sposób dawkowała Pani Jardiance.

Być może w pierwszej kolejności należałoby zadbać o odpowiednią dietę, następnie lekarz może zmodyfikować dawkę leku Formetic.
