Is it possible to use Pregabalin and Dulsevia for a kidney cyst?

Good morning Can I use pregabalin + dulsevia, suffering from a kidney cyst. in the leaflet there is a contraindication to use, during kidney disease.

Torbiele nerek zwykle nie wywołują objawów i nie wpływają na czynność nerek.

W usuwaniu z organizmu pregabaliny (substancja czynna leku Pregabalin) i duloksetyny (substancja czynna leku Dulsevia) biorą udział nerki, dlatego u osób z zaburzeniami czynności nerek leki te mogą być niewskazane lub może być konieczne odpowiednie dostosowanie dawkowania.

Niektóre choroby nerek mogą powodować zaburzenia czynności nerek, dlatego w ulotce znalazł się taki zapis. Torbiel nerki nie należy do tych schorzeń.
