Will a bun soaked in alcohol affect the effectiveness of Atywia?

At 7 o'm I take the Atywia Daily contraceptive pill. Dangerous wheel 7.20 I ate a bun with chocolate but I felt something sharp there like a taste of alcohol. I doubt it was possible that the filling contained alcohol. However, the question bothers me whether a small amount of such a filling with alcohol affects the effectiveness of tablets? Somehow it interferes with the operation? The bun is subjected to baking so I do not think that after baking any alcohol was present there.
