Is it possible to start using the contraceptive disc on the 5th day of the cycle?

For the first time I will use Polaring contraception, but it turned out to be difficult to access and in the pharmacy I ordered a disc for Friday, i.e. 12.11 I fall on that day on the 5th day of menstruation, but these are already such remnants of blood with brown spotting. On the leaflet it is written that polaring can be applied between the 2nd and 5th day of menstruation. My question is, can I put on my album on Friday? Of course, for 7 days additionally use another form of contraception or is it better to wait until the next menstruation?
