When should I start a new pack of Atywia Daily if I have taken an extra tablet from the spare pack?

I always use Atywia Daily tablets at 7 am, I had little doubts about the absorption of the tablet because it dissolved slightly in my mouth. I accepted the second one from the spare package. Can I finish this package unchanged, take a seven-day break and start a new package on the same day as always? He does not want to shorten the cycle by this one tablet and start earlier by one day of the next package. I really want to avoid it because I'm afraid I'll be wrong. Is contraception preserved despite the double dose?
