Will intercourse on the first day of taking the placebo pill be protected if I stop using contraception after 7 days?
After regularly selecting the entire pack of active tablets (21-7), on the first day of placebo tablets there was intercourse without additional protection. If I want to stop taking the tablets after this break, after 7 placebo tablets, can I consider this ratio completely protected? How do I relate this to the issue of sperm viability? Due to the planned withdrawal, from November 1, the drug will already stop working, or by that time I am 100% sure that I will not get pregnant, given the rather long life of sperm, if at the time of withdrawal on November 1 I already got ovulation or should I start, even for a moment, a new package to be 100 percent sure that this time will be preserved? Please reply.

Dziękuję za odpowiedź. Czyli jak rozumiem nie ma szans, by plemniki przetrwały dłużej i pojawiłoby się ryzyko zajścia w ciążę konkretnie w dniu, w którym odstawię tabletki? Po 7 wybranych placebo?

Plemniki są w stanie przeżyć w drogach rodnych kobiety do 5 dni. Jeśli odbyła Pani stosunek w pierwszym dniu przyjmowania tabletek placebo, których było 7 sztuk, to do czasu, aż lek przestanie działać (pierwszy dzień po 7-dniowej przerwie), plemniki stracą swoją żywotność, a więc odbyty stosunek będzie zabezpieczony.
Nie musi Pani zatem rozpoczynać nowego opakowania.
