Pomiędzy lekami występuje istotna interakcja, jednak łączenie escitalopramu (Depralin) oraz trazodonu (Trittico) jest stosowane w lecznictwie. Podczas łączenia tych leków może dojść do różnych działań niepożądanych - m.in. bólów i zawrotów głowy, wzrostu ciśnienia krwi, halucynacji czy nadmiernego wzrostu poziomu serotoniny w mózgu i wystąpienia zespołu serotoninowego.

Jeżeli zostały przepisane przez jednego lekarza, to podczas ich łącznego stosowania należy przestrzegać schematu dawkowania.
Jeżeli preparaty zostały przepisane przez różnych lekarzy, to należy ich o tym poinformować i ustalić, czy w Pani przypadku należy łączyć te leki.
