Is it possible that dizziness was caused by insulin resistance?

Hello. I have such a question whether if insulin resistance has been detected in me. Earlier I had dizziness, the doctor prescribed me polvertic whether it is possible that these dizziness were caused by insulinoporscia. I got glucophage now and I feel better although I also take polvertic. Thank you for your answers.
