Can I be sure that I am not pregnant after the withdrawal bleeding occurs?

I take tablets Atywia Daily, on Sunday 26.09 I was 7 hours late with the tablet (19 tablet), the gynecologist for safety prescribed the tablet the day after which I took. I got withdrawal bleeding today, which is a two-day delay. Can I now be sure that I am not pregnant?
