Does a 7-hour delay in taking Atywia Daily impair the effectiveness of contraception?

In the third week of the blister (19 tablet) I took it with a delay of 7 hours. Is contraception preserved? The drug Atywia Daily. On Sunday 26.09 I had sex with a condom, while on 25.09 I had sex without. I note that I was at the gynecologist on 28.09 who said that there is no need to take the tablet the day after, while on 29.09 I was at another gynecologist who said that there is a small risk of pregnancy and to be sure that I will not be pregnant he recommended a pill the day after because I was still in the 72h. I took the tablet. I do not know if there is a reason to worry? After all, I fit in 12 hours.
