Are Cerazette tablets safe for fibroids and do they really stop bleeding?

Hi I have a lot of uterine fibroids and frequent bleeding. The doctor prescribed Cerazette to stop menstruation completely. Are these pills safe for fibroids and do they actually stop bleeding? Best regards
