Are mild pain in the lower abdomen and left ovary a side effect of Leverette?

Hello I have been taking Leverette for 8 days and I have slight pain in the lower abdomen and left ovary is it a side effect of taking the pills that will pass, or should I report it to my doctor? The ailments are not very oppressive, I'm just worried if something bad is happening. How long ago I also used them for one month because of a cyst on the ovary and everything was ok. Thank you in advance for your answer.
