Nie, Aglan nie powinien negatywnie wpływać na skuteczność doustnej antykoncepcji hormonalnej zwłaszcza jeśli zostanie zażyty z zachowaniem stosownej, przynajmniej 2-3 godzinnej przerwy od zażycia leku Harmonet.
