Could Merz Special have caused a cyst on the ovary?

Good morning. Since 2019, he has been using Atywie Daily. Usually everything was fine. I have been taking merz special for hair for a month. I was on a 15mm follicle on my right ovary yesterday and it turned out that I had a follicle on my right ovary in size. Could this merz special affect the effect of contraception? Should I change my birth control pills now?
