I took out the disc today for a moment after intercourse ginoring. It turned out to be slightly damaged at the joint. I received answers here earlier that you should not remove the disc (even to check for damage). So can I ask for an idea on how to check if the disc is not damaged without removing it? I would like to mention that my gynaecologist says that the ring can be removed if it does not exceed 3 hours a day.

To @Gdghhh:
The ginoring disc can be damaged in several ways, such as:
1. Improper storage – storing the disc at too high or low temperatures, in a humid place or exposure to light can lead to its degradation.
2. Excessive handling – excessive squeezing, crushing, or improper insertion can cause it to break or become distorted.
3. Contact with chemical substances – e.g. when using vaginal products at the same time, which may weaken the disc material.
4. Exceeding the useful life – using the disc after its expiration date may affect its effectiveness.
5. Improper insertion – improper placement of the disc or its protrusion can affect the proper release of hormones.
Contact with chemicals such as hand lotion, spray, or scented wipes may not affect the effectiveness of the Ginoral Ring. However, in order to maintain the full effectiveness of the disc, it is recommended to avoid contact with such products immediately before inserting the disc.
And what can damage such a disc?
If I have touched a lotion or hand spray or a wet scented hand wipe before and washed it
With them hands and then I put an honorary one, will it affect the effectiveness?
