How to change Leverette to Symbella and why should Symbella be used in the evening?
Good morning, I used Leverette before (I always took it at 9 am), now I finish the last blister of Leverette (I have the last few placebo pills left, the last one I have to take on Saturday) and I will change the drug to Symbella. I read in the Symbell leaflet that it is recommended to take these tablets in the evening. Can I start taking Symbella in the evening on Sundays or is it better to do it on Sundays at 9 am or on Saturday evening? Why was it recommended to take Symbella in the evening? W dostępnej literaturze nie znajduję wyjaśniania, dlaczego Symbella powinno się stosować wieczorem - producent również nie podaje wyjaśnienia.
Nie ma to związku z mechanizmem działania substancji czynnych, jest to raczej sugestia mająca na calu, np. uniknięcie pomyłki w dawkowaniu leku.
Jeśli Leverette brała Pani zawsze rano o 9, Symbella również może być stosowana w tym samym czasie. Aby ochrona antykoncepcyjna była zachowana, pierwszą tabletkę Symbella należy przyjąć w dniu, kiedy normalnie rozpoczynałaby Pani nowy blister Leverette czyli po ostatniej tabletce placebo - w niedzielę o 9 rano.
